BSN has a monopoly over Jordan and Nike products so teams are forced to use them. Their customer service is horrible, they sent me the wrong teams logo, everything we order takes months to deliver, and the “rep” for my area take a week to respond to anything I ask. It is hard to keep giving this company money.
