“After choosing 20/20 vision of Rochester, I couldn't be happier. I felt welcomed and staff member Michelle offered personable care to help me pick the most flattering glasses. This office has the best customer service I've ever had and I am a senior. You will not be disappointed.”

“We stopped in for the first time to pick up a new igloo rolling cooler. We originally bought the blue but the lid wasn’t on correctly and there were scratches and dents on it. We picked out the sand/grey one. Zofia was a pleasure to work with and she saved us money by including additional discounts for the trouble of having to pick out the same cooler, different color. She was really friendly and happy to help us! Thank you again 😊”

“I really like the layout of the store. I'll change my review to five stars if somebody will go in and reorganize all of the ammunition. It was difficult to find what I wanted and they had different calibers mixed together.”

“I forgot the name of the staff member who helped me, but she was so kind and welcoming. I had my three-year-old daughter with me, and she was especially sweet to her and even offered her a lollipop. That little gesture really stood out to me and made the whole experience feel very personal. I originally planned to buy just one, but I ended up buying three because of how helpful and friendly she was.”

“I wanted to do an exchange for an item, but I had removed the tag. However, luckily I still had the tag with me, and they were able to process the exchange. I am glad that the young lady who helped me was able to process it without getting confused or needing help from a manager. She was also super friendly and considerate, as were the other associates in the store who were welcoming.”

“Great customer service. Pricing is competitive. Many product options. Creative solutions for custom work. Large orders at the beginning of sport seasons will take longer to process. Orders with many different items are more prone to missing items. But, see first comment.”
