Staples provides amazing customer service with helpful and good-natured staff. Employees treat customers with respect, help them find items, and assist at the counter. They offer incredible help with tasks like tracking old receipts and using protection plans. The printing department produces perfect prints and assists with cutting. The store has updated many aisles and programs. Staff positively interact with every customer and help as much as possible, even during busy times like back to school. They also explain new systems like the points program.
Paul was extremely helpful and patient while helping me edit my label. He took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and never rushed me. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. Thank you, Paul, for all your help!
