Staples provides amazing customer service with helpful and good-natured staff. Employees treat customers with respect, help them find items, and assist at the counter. They offer incredible help with tasks like tracking old receipts and using protection plans. The printing department produces perfect prints and assists with cutting. The store has updated many aisles and programs. Staff positively interact with every customer and help as much as possible, even during busy times like back to school. They also explain new systems like the points program.
Just went to Staples for printer ink. As always they had exactly what I wanted. The addition of Party City has made navigating the store a little challenging, but I'm sure they'll work that out soon. With a wider variety of goods and appeal to the Party City customers, Staples should enhance their appeal to a broader audience.

This printing department is excellent. Evan the Assistant Manager is always willing to help me. Especially the self serve printing. I recommend this Staples.
