Had 2 jobs printed…both poorly done. When shared the jobs with staff at Staples the response was oh well can’t explain how that happened. Not a sorry, not an offer of a refund, nothing. Not using Staples on Rochester Rd again.

Terrible customer service in the printing department. I submitted a printing job in the morning and called the store to confirm it would be ready for pick up this evening by 8:30. I drove from Lake Orion to pick up the order and was told the order was not done. I received no communication from the store prior to this. The store wasn’t closing for 20 minutes and I asked if I at least could get some of my copies but they stated they did not have time. The staff were extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills whatsoever.

Terrible printing serviceI get there the bleed zone witch I asked day before make card all ORANGE had the gray board still cards look terrible but I need them for this weekend. Avoid if you want it done this not the store for you I’ll never be back 1 star too niceTerrible card waste of time and money

The printing service is fast and easy but customer service is bad. I asked for help multiple times from the lady that had a head bandana and she ignored me like I wasn’t there. At some point I thought she had earphones on. I don’t know what is wrong with these people. This happened on August 23. I suggest the management to assess their staff’ customer service skills.

I placed an online order to print some business cards and brochures for the business on Apr 25th 2022, business cards to be pick up at the nearest location in two days and brochures to be shipped within 5 days, two days after I received an email to inform the cards are ready for pickup, I went to the store just for an associate to tell me the order its not in the system, I showed the order and the pickup email, after arguing for a couple of minutes because they were saying I was supposed to call the store to confirm the order, at that moment I requested to speak with a supervisor, again I show them the emails he go a call and then apologies and tells me it was a system mistake and the order never was release that they were going to start working on it and call me when it was ready, next day he called me to let me know it was ready, when by the store again and I ended throwing the cards in the garbage, poor quality printing, some cards also had different color shades, so still waiting for the brochures to be shipped hoping the quality was goi to be better because I paid for high quality, it was supposed to be shipped on May 5th, I called on the 9th and the said is getting ready to be shipped, I called again today on Mat 11th, after waiting about 15 minutes on hold because apparently they can't find the order they telling me the are not ready and will be shipped in three days, I proceed to cancel the order and now a refund takes about 3 days to be processed. so for business printing do not use staples.

Terrible return policy. I accidentally purchased the wrong printer cartridges a couple of weeks ago. Lost my receipt and asked if I could simply exchange the unopened cartridges I purchased for the correct cartridges. It was a no. Don't waste your time at Staples. There are a 100 other places you will receive better customer service from.

I worked with Amber from the Rochester Hills location. Also Zenon.Amber really understood my practical concerns and did everything she could to help me despite it was not her decision.Kudos to her and all her staff in actually caring and doing a more than good customer service position !!She deserves a raise and her associates, as finding great customer service is hard to find .

Nice place but be sure to price check!The last two times I have been there, the prices have been 4x the price of Amazon. A year ago I went for a simple binder. The price felt a bit high, so I checked Amazon and found I could get an equivalent set of THREE for cheaper than that single binder. I went today for a simple hdmi to displayport adapter, and they wanted over $50 for it. I bought basically the same one for $12 today instead on Amazon.Now, I do understand costs of overhead and the like, and I was willing to spend like $20-25 on it for the convenience of getting it immediately, but 4x is just too much. I do not plan on returning.Again, it is not against the staff or the like. My sole complaint (albeit huge one) is the price gouging.
