“Got my rehearsal dinner dress here, and the staff was amazing! Lydia asked what I was shopping for, got me a dressing room setup, and pulled an assortment of dresses as well as shoes. She was just amazing, and with all the wedding planning going on, it felt so nice to have someone with knowledge of the store be so remarkably helpful and insightful with what was available for the occasion. Everyone in the store was very helpful. Thank you! Definitely recommend.”

“I went in for an interview and was offered a position with them after the interview. I was supposed to have orientation on November 10th but received a phone call yesterday informing me that they cannot hire anyone yet. I'm a little disappointed but the manager is going to call me as soon as she can bring me onboard.”
“I have shopped at Loft for years. I now live closer to the Rochester Hills store. I ordered quite a bit online and needed to return most of it. I went in on a quiet Friday night after dinner. Agnes and Natalie were very kind and helpful. Natalie took time to process my return and helped me with what I was keeping. I appreciate their kindness and time. Thank you Ladies! “I buy from J Jill all the time, especially online. But, I did go to the Rochester Michigan store a couple days ago to return two pairs of shorts that were too big on me. The clerk that helped me found my shorts for me, even though they were sold out online! I was so thrilled with the fantastic service and cleanliness of the store. So happy!!!”
“I come here often with my daughter. We came recently to refresh her wardrobe and they have so many cute items, not just in clothing, but adorable accessories. We got some sunglasses, shorts, T's, tanks for her. But we have even found stuff for holidays, gifts, etc... The prices are a bit high, but I do like their sales and they always seems to have a stocked sale area. But even with the highish prices, the clothing seems to be durable and quality, the material is not too thin or easily worn through. This seems to be "the place" right now for cute clothing.”

“Really cute accessories here with good sales. I have bought my child costume jewelry here very often since they usually have a buy two get one or reduced price deal. They have a good sale on cheap sunglasses right now and I like their random water tumblers and fake plants that go perfect on desks at work or home. Fun things here to purchase as gifts. Always friendly staff working here.”
