But I was scolded for even considering going somewhere near me because of how highly this place, and Matt specifically, were recommended. This team is efficient, friendly, super honest. I stayed while my car was getting new tires and heard several customers telling staff how much they were able to save by going here, and how much better the customer service was. And they seem to personally know most folks who walk in the door. Great place. Will definitely be back”
“Came here yesterday for busted glass on my passenger side mirror. Not only was service extremely prompt as they were able to take me right away, hardly a wait despite the fact they were quite busy, but very thorough service with multiple personnel inspecting and discussing the issue and repair solution. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and kind, and they are clearly a knowledgeable, cohesive, and cooperative team that works well together. I was expecting to have to wait around all day, and then again for a second appointment to actually get the repair done. Imagine my surprise when they told me they had the part in stock, and they could make the repair straightaway. I was probably only waiting in the lounge for 30 minutes before they came in to tell me the job was done. Quick, quality work, excellent customer service, and a fair price too. Exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return here if needed and would definitely recommend.”

“When my car wouldn’t start, I took it to Car Aid in Shelby. After they replaced the starter motor and a battery cable, the car started fine — but once I drove home, it wouldn’t start again. When I had it towed back to Car Aid, they said they needed to charge another $450 just for further diagnosis and couldn’t tell me how much the repair would ultimately cost.
So, I had the car towed to South Street Auto Care instead. They quoted $850 for diagnosis alone, also with no clear estimate for the actual repair — even more expensive!
Finally, I brought my car to Bill’s Automotive. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for only $217.01. How can you beat that?”

They are just practical mechanics fixing what needs to get done.
They will give you options, but tell you if it’s a good idea to stick with OEM or aftermarket or get a warranty part based on their experience with potential outcomes.
I have been going to them for almost 20 years and I will continue for the foreseeable future.”
