“Made my appointment online, had it confirmed by phone. Dropped off my car on friday evening, work was done by noon saturday. My fordpass points paid for the work and i was in and out quickly both days. A pleasant experience, i will return when other service is needed.

Purchased our 4th vehicle since 2015 from this dealership location, a 2023 Bronco Sport. An excellent experience overall. My sales rep, Norm Shaya, made everything go smoothly. No hassles in ordering, tradein or delivery.”
“It's an Audi dealership so it's not cheap but the service staff are incredibly helpful, the work they do is top notch, they still take the time and effort to clean your car after a service and have a host of modern tools so you can communicate via text, web or phone when dealing with service issues. It's everything I would expect, well delivered, wonderfully efficient and impeccably polite. You'll pay for quality but in my estimation, it's worth the price.”

“I broke down an hour away from home on Saturday night, but I was only a couple miles from here (I dont know this area at all)Had a local tow company recommend him and tow it there. I had an idea of what was wrong, but Im no mechanic. Theyre closed on Sundays, but He called first thing Monday morning, informed me what was going on. No BS, and a fair price. Called back a few hours later to say he found another issue with the radiator (which I already knew about, but he had no way of knowing I knew) and again, he didn't try and BS me or sell me anything that I didnt need.
