“i visited the Targey store on Coolidge in Troy, MI on Dec,16, 2024, the shopping plaza was out of power. Target was open and running on a generator. I was able to make my return. the employees were all friendly and didnot mention the power outage. there were very few shoppers in the store. probably the easiest last minute shopping day of the season.”
“I purchased faulty equipment from the metro pcs store on auburn in Rochester hills. The guy was a *** and wouldn’t help me. Even though it was not this store’s responsibility they helped me.
The staff, management and owners went over and beyond to help me.”

“The drive up experience was perfect! I placed my order online and realized I forgot something. There was a button that actually said “Forget something?” So I placed a second order for the item I forgot, and Target told me online that I’d be getting both orders at pickup. When I let Target know via the link in their email that I was on my way, and then checked in when I got there, it told me that I had 2 orders coming out. Great communication! The young man who brought out the orders was very friendly and pleasant, too. An all around great experience that I will be doing again!”
“Some bad reviews does not make any sense for me. What i have seen from my end manager and everybody did their best to fix my bill and promotion issue. It took an hour to fix problem but finally they did it.all you need you to go store tell your problem they will fix it”
“Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man. He would excel at anything he did because he has work ethic!”

“Came in here day after a holiday weekend. They were busy as all get out, but the two behind the counter handled ALL the business. Customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced in any cell phone store in a long time. It’s complicated job data. Transfers pictures, social media, passwords Apple IDs emails you name it! They were able to sync everything up and get me on my way with a new phone go to the store. Skip the rest. You’ll thank me later.”
