“I was on a mission for an upright freezer for our garage that wouldn’t break the bank. We had a small old chest freezer that was being replaced. After messaging with Rob to let him know what I was looking for, I drove over to the store. He had several options available for our needs/wants and already had them all in my account ready to go once I chose the one that was best for us. I was in and out within a half hour!! The experience was great and to boot it was delivered next day!! Highly recommend this location and Rob.

“Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man. “I’ve bought from Ken at the Farmington Hills location for years, and as an electrical contractor, there is no better resource. There isn’t an electrical component he hasn’t seen, and trust me he’s been tested with items from the 1950s and even earlier. There hasn’t been an item he couldn’t get for me, and he is the most dedicated “salesman” I’ve ever worked with. Ken is literally the best in the business and has saved me on so many occasions. Of course he sells a full line of new as well. Old school supply house personality that will get the job done however he has to. Thanks for all the help for all these years Ken.”

“The five stars are for JULIA...not so sure what I would give the other 5 associates I encountered today. Went into the store with an old ipod touch filled with music that i've been unable to get to work in my new car due to difference in bluetooth capabilities. The initial people I talked to really pretty much laughed at me (especially one guy who literally laughed at me because of the age of the item, and one girl who dismissed me as it couldn't be done and I hope both of them read this review) but I was determined to get it to work since I didn't want to download all that music on my phone. They suggested I talk to the Geek Squad I believe in an effort to get rid of me. Well, I did just that and JULIA helped me get it working! She went out of her way to ask another associate and then offered me two options to try. I tried both and the second one was a success. If only every associate was like JULIA! I have tried multiple times to reach her by phone but have found calling the store is also a futile task. Hopefully Julia will see this...and Julia's boss will see this. I want her to know how thankful I am for her help. Thank you so very much!”

“The store could use a really really really good cleaning. The floors have black dirt in the walk ways, the frozen coke machines have mold in the spouts. There's always a huge mess of sticky frozen pop melted on the counters and floor. There's cups and lids on the counter. The garbage can lids are always dirty. The black plastic lid is never cleaned. The taquitos are always hard, you can tell they have been there for hrs and there's never 2vof the same kind available. They only have one person working at a time so there's no way anything will get done because the worker is always ringing up customers.”
“The recent renovation at the Rochester Hills Target looks fantastic! The store feels so much brighter, clean, and incredibly well laid out, making it easy to pop in and find what you need without hassle.
I was especially impressed by the grocery section. The produce is exceptionally fresh, with a great variety—including unique fruits and vegetables you’d typically expect to find at a specialized produce market rather than a big-box store. Plus, they stay ahead of the game with trendy items; I was thrilled to easily grab Ka’Chava, FlavCity protein powders, and a great selection of cold brews! Excellent prices, top-tier setup, and friendly staff. Easily one of the best locations around!”
