“I called to see if I could purchase 5 yards of mulch and to see when I could have it delivered. Buying the mulch was the easy part, but what was just as easy was getting it delivered. I ordered it about 8 AM, and it was delivered by about 11:20 AM the same day! I had contacted another source, and they were going to be able to deliver it for another week, and they were more expensive. I will definitely be calling Advance again, I suggest you do too!”
“I'm dealing with an injury and needed to do a pick-up for a very light item but can't handle going inside stores with a brain injury. They were so nice and professional bringing it out. I appreciate shopping at a place where I'm not feeling judged for picking up something so light at the pick-up due to an injury that can't be seen. Thank you”
“Excellent place to find a variety of plants. Only cultivars, though, and no wild natives that seed. I want seeds. Lost a couple of the perennials. Hardy doesn't mean hardy to michigan. Peonies, russian sage, yarrow, alliums, and bee balm survived. Lupines, all iris varieties, arizona sun coreopsis, wild columbine died. The deer ate all my cone flowers. Staff here is very professional and helpful, and goes out of their way to make the experience complete and fantastic. If you ever find a staff member that isn't helpful, immediately go and talk to a different staff member. Parking is very easy. There's a back entrance for the perennials and trees to the right of the main entrance where the annuals, indoor plants, and decorations are. The big carts with the big wheels made shopping for trees much easier on my back but the slight hills make it harder. Prices are high but worth it for the good clumps. I'm still going to buy marigolds at home depot. There is also mulch, ready to use compost manure, and Main's 5+ yard dirt and a variety of things available. The trees have a one year warranty and they even took my return two weeks passed the date in May because it was before June.”

“I bought two big potted inpatients for my very shaded porch and one is not doing well compared to the other. Both were watered on Friday and today, one is very wilty looking. The price was so much cheaper than English Gardens which thr same planter was priced at $52.99 So of course, Home Depot was way less expensive at $18.99. However, if one plant dies, well them it won't be quite as inexpensive.”
