Good but mobile app is ALWAYS DOWN they need to get a new system and/or fire whoever is over it
*UPDATE: AGAIN I CANT EVEN ACCESS MY MONEY and today they won’t deposit my check you guys are awful

I went in today to deposit some cash and was out in 8 mins. Jim was very helpful and kind.

They take a long time to answer calls (I plan to wait roughly 30 minutes since that is on average how long they take to answer.). However, once they answer the phone they are incredibly helpful and supportive! Helped me get back my money when someone committed fraud on my account!
