We were set up with a new account by Anthony and he was more than great! He walked us through the whole process and even helped tremendously with our direct deposits and E-Banking. Great customer service is very important and difficult to find with companies using more AI to answer their phones. It was easy to get a callback when we initially called and their English was perfect. We look forward now to our new banking branch. No- we did not do this over the phone from Hawaii.
