The last two years, holiday shopping at this Old Navy location has always been an enjoyable experience. My family loves the matching christmas pj's! This year however, has been a much different experience. The store is much more unorganized, the employees seem stressed and overworked, and I heard the (teenage!!) workers get berated on asking for credit cards on more than one occasion. I don't know what happened, but the friendly environment that used to be at this store is no longer there. I will not be coming back.

Great deals and a wide selection here! It seems like any time we're here, this location has a great deal going on. The staff is really friendly and helpful too if you're unable to find something. With locations like this, Old Navy is surly making a come back!

I needed to return merchandise purchased two weeks prior with my debit card for roughly $60, but management said my only option was store credit. Long story short, after two trips to the store and two phone calls to customer relations, they made an "exception," although "it's not their policy", to process the return via the new debit card. Read on for details.My bank issued me a new debit card since I had made the purchase, and the previous card was no longer valid. I stated I was within all of the return policy guidelines and wanted the return to be processed using the same payment method. The money came from my checking account, and I won't be forced to spend my money at a business. Rather than be straightforward with me, the store employees told me it wasn't possible and offered zero help or other solutions. After speaking to customer relations that night, Kirsten told me they could transfer the return to a gift card and then use it to process the return to my new debit card. I returned to the store the next day, and the store refused, so I had to spend an hour calling customer relations again and have them call the store to get it straightened out—shame on you, Old Navy. Your merchandise isn't worth that hassle, and I won't be spending any more of my time or money there.

Be careful while buying final same items. They put the clothes that has flaws and holes on final sale and refuse to take them back. Tried to return a pants that has a hole on it they did not give my money back. So they are saying throw your money to trash!

I love this old navy. The employees here are wonderful, the prices are great, and it's a good experience every time I walk in. The store is always so clean, I am greeted and asked if I need assistance every time I'm there, and never once have I left in a bad mood. It is a great environment.

I came to this location to do a return from an online order (before learning that online returns can be sent back to the warehouse by mail). With the last big sale, we did a huge order with the hopes of knocking some Christmas presents out early - however, more than half the items didn't fit properly and needed to be returned, despite using the size chart provided online. The sizing was really inconsistent - how are some items too large in a size Large, but too small in an XL or XXL?Most of the items we ordered were sizes XL - XXL, and many items were "tall" - both of which are difficult to find in stores, especially together (for example, an XXL tall coat). When I got the counter and explained this to the cashier, she was more than happy to assist and understood - but the manager (an older male) was hovering over the area, and informed me I could have returned by mail. I thanked him for letting me know, and again apologized for the large return.Then, the manager, clearly exasperated by my large return, "teasingly" said "You know, we have all these items here in store... you could have come in and tried them on, and then you wouldn't have needed to make such a large return!"I myself am a size 16/18, between regular sizing and plus size. The family and friends I bought for range from a size large to a 3X, most wearing "tall" sizes. Over 80% of the items purchased were NOT available in these sizes in store - specifically anything sizes XL - 3X. Do you realize how difficult it is to even find these items in store in these sizes - let alone having them fit? (All the plus size - 1X - 4X items - are incredibly boxy and don't often fit right.) When doing my online order, almost none of these items were available in store in these sizes - it shows you which stores your item is available at on the app.If these items were available in any sizes over a basic Large, I obviously would have purchased them in store - I do not enjoy having to drive back to a store and stand in line to make a return. I wouldn't have had to make a return had there been more inclusive sizing IN STORE, versus online.While I like this store location and have usually had good experiences here, the managers comments were extremely unnecessary and condescending. I don't know why store managers get so defensive over returns, but I'll be sure not to return here if it's that big of a deal.

The store is good and the employees at the checkout are super nice but the manager is very rude. She will scream at you if the system in her store is not working as if it was my fault. First, I was charged over price for something that was clearly on sale and second, the manager made me feel as if I am in the wrong for asking the price that was on the price tag. I am not expecting anyone to magically fix something in the system that is clearly down but please teach your managers customer service if you want people to keep coming back to you. I work at customer service too and I would never treat my patrons like this.

Do not think I will be shopping there much, except for my 6 year old grandson. The quality of clothes seems to have gone down, as well as the selection.
