“AMAZING company. Especially if you are from out of town or a women and do not want to be taken advantage off. I was stuck in a small amount of mud. They responded in a very quick manner, and was able to drive the car out. Their price was very fair and appropriate. Another unethical company represented themselves as being in Rochester, however, they are based out of Pontiac and quoted me $310.00 I called Byers, and the lady was so friendly and kind and quoted me $75.00 and that is exactly what I was charged. I can't thank them enough as I am from out of town on vacation. Please use this company. Thank you for being such an honest companhy.”

“Very satisfied with the quick and helpful service. I had a dead battery with bolts that I couldn't get loosened, myself. The driver took the time to help get the bolts out and replaced the battery for me. He was also able to determine that the dead battery wasn't the only issue and that the starter had gone out too. Over & above in waiving the deductible, offering a free loaner, stay later or come in on a Saturday for me to get my car & paid some of the rental bill. “Go here and stop thinking about going anywhere else. Took my 250,000 Honda in thinking I had a drive belt problem. Ended up not being the problem but a leaking hose which was causing the problem. They could have easily done what I said, but didn't. Van runs like a champ and would not trust my Honda to anyone else. Also, most places won't call you until the end of the day, even if the work is done since they like to do all the paperwork in the end. Not here... done at 2:30pm and was on my way home shortly after that!Services: Tire rotations”
