“Local, trustworthy, honest and professional! Very hard to find an honest shop these days and Romeo Auto Class is top notch. Wife took her truck in to get a chip fixed and instead of telling her it was going to be $139 for the repair like Safe Lite, they informed her that it wasn’t actually deep enough to spread but they would fill it in and smooth it out free of charge. Couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service provided and will drive the extra miles for that type of service. Highly recommended!”
“I had scheduled a week ago for today, with no trouble. I had inquired about certain services previously over the past several months, until finally scheduling an appointment. The technicians and staff had taken my car in relatively quickly, directed any concerns to their respective resolutions, and were willing to help me understand anything that previously been ambiguous. Despite being unable to get my requested service completed—as it would require additional parts (which although I may disagree with, I have no experience in identifying wear on parts)— I was provided with a full report on the alignment of my vehicle's suspension along with the parts that were recommended to replace. They were also spot on with whether my vehicle had an accident and where, asking me about it, to which I had affirmed. They did not force me to pay for the services before returning my vehicle to me, nor did they cause any sort of unnecessary trouble as does Belle Tire with their work. I did, however, pay for the $25 full inspection fee, which I can do gladly. I've been charged similar fees at other businesses that gave me no information and no feedback, and even caused trouble. Solid business, would recommend, very professional and courteous, straightforward and transparent (in my experience). Guest lobby has some nice infographics available to look at.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Marc at Buzz Off Auto. He repaired my convertible top, which wasn’t opening, and replaced both the driver and passenger side mirrors, as well as the inside visors. Additionally, he changed out my old headlights and fog lights and repaired my torn driver seat normal wear and tear.

They didn’t have one in stock right away, but got one Saturday morning and called us right away. Great turnaround time, great communication, and great staff. “The service tech was very pleasant, and listened to my concerns regarding having a nail in my tire. He offered the same replacement tire with installation at an acceptable rate. My only negative was that upon pickup, the installers didn't check the pressure of my other tires, and didn't add air.”

“We had insurance repair done at Gerber. The work was excellent. The people at Gerber are all great. When the car was done I had a problem with my insurance company in that they said I had a $1,000 deductible when in fact I had no deductible as the damage happened in a parking lot while car was parked and they should have had a waived deductible. The insurance company said they were sorry for the mistake and would mail me a check.
Jessie Hawley at Gerber told to go call the. insurance adjuster immediately and have them go into the estimator system and waive the deductible then call him to verify. Other wise I may have had to wait ten days for the check to arrive before I could get my car.
I called the insurance adjuster and did exactly as Jessie said. About 25 minutes later Jessie called and said that the insurance adjuster did as instructed and you are all set to get your car.
When I got the car it was cleaned and washed. Jessie also walked around the car showing me all the work they did.
If not for Jessie my car would still be at Gerber while I waited for a check to arrive in the mail.”

I pulled around and waited my turn for air, nervous that all 4 tires were low. A very nice Belle Tire employee came back and apologized for the rude reception. I said thank you. The Belle Tire tech that filled my tires was especially sweet. Despite the rude reception, I would return because of the other two staff members that did an excellent job for the customer.”
