Don't believe there website for passport Friday walk in, there's no walk in you have to make an appointment period even there is no body around and have 2 people a staff they won't do it. Go somewhere else than this place.

The employees here stand around and talk. That's their priority. They take break just as a couple more customers come in. My husband was here two days ago and one of the desk workers stayed on her phone, ignoring customers. Management is non existent.

My family have sent cards to our family in Rochester, Michigan which have never been delivered. One had gift cards in and the other had cash, sent at different times to different family members. Where are the cards, they were not sent back to the senders? Is there something going on there that needs to be checked out???

I wish I could give them zero stars. I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and waited in line for another 10 minutes. When I finally reached the front, the staff member claimed I was late—even though I was still within my scheduled time.
They kept insisting that I should have arrived 15 minutes early, even though the confirmation email clearly stated to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment.
Meanwhile, I noticed the passport agent assisting others who had arrived after me, while I was completely ignored with no explanation. To make things worse, I was told to wait an additional 1 hour so the staff member could take a break before helping me.
The manager later told me, “once your time is gone, it’s gone,” which didn’t make sense—if that were the policy, why was I still helped later? It felt like they were intentionally making me wait just to prove a point.
The treatment I received was unfair, disrespectful. I left feeling extremely frustrated and humiliated. I do not recommend coming here at all.

Beware, thieves work here and I’m 100 % sure about that ! This location is corrupt. They 100% open packages and steal your goods.

Above and Beyond!
My mail carrier, Jack, deserves a huge raise. I was waiting for an extremely important certified letter. He went to extreme lengths to help me and I received my letter. If it weren't for Jack's kindness, the letter may have been sent back.
Downtown Rochester is lucky to have him. Great employees deserve recognition. Thank you so much, Jack.
