They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped us find what we were looking for. We were very impressed by the fact that our first visit was very low-pressure, that they wanted to help us find what we liked and weren’t trying to push us to make a sale right then and there. We ultimately came back a couple more times to look at stones (which they were very helpful on ordering and keeping us informed on what they had and when stuff arrived). They didn't show any discomfort towards us in any aspect, which was surprising given our young age. They also answered multiple questions we had and took time out of their day to entertain us. “I love everything about my experience with David Yurman in Somerset Mall! I had been eyeing a ring for quite sometime online and I finally called to see if they had it in stock. I spoke with Alex and they did not have it in my size but she had it brought in for me to see it. Initially she said it would be a week, but it came only a few days later. When I tried it on I knew it would most likely be too big and it was the smallest size they had in the company, but I still chose to purchase it because they said they could size it for free for me. They gave me a month-estimated wait to receive it back and it actually only took about 10 days. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I encountered a couple of other staff members during my visits and they were all so very nice. And I am overjoyed with my new piece!”

“I've been slowly introducing my significant other to the watch world and she wanted to look at some higher end watches...Of course, Breitling is one of the top on the list to look at so we went to the boutique Sat 11/11/23.Our salesman Mr. Dan Lopez-Sosa was outstanding and understood there's a lot to consider when purchasing a watch. “Deeply disheartened by this store’s treatment of me following a house fire. After purchasing a travel bag, belt, and wallet that were lost in the fire, I also inquired about cleaning/restoration services for my damaged watches. I was informed by the salesperson, Laura, that they don’t offer such services but recommended that if I brought in the damaged watch that many times, I could likely use the value of the damaged watch towards the purchase of a new watch.After having my eyes on Canfield speedway, I brought in my damaged watch to make a purchase. Upon describing my situation to the front receptionist and receiving quite the standoffish and dismissive response, I was met with the same callousness from the manager, that, “we don’t really do that” but not after waiting 20mins. It is very clear, that they do in fact do this but for some reason, this shinola enthusiast just wasn’t their cup of tea.I came in to purchase one of their most expensive watches and left feeling like I was asking for a handout that was told to me, not something I brought up myself. When I got my first full time job in Detroit after leaving the military, my wife bought me a shinola watch and I’ve continued to purchase more and more of this brand over years as I love its connection with the automotive heritage of Detroit. Now, I think I’m just going to return everything I purchased following the fire after the embarrassment I endured from their staff. How utterly disappointing as I truly love this brands style.Update: the store management personally reached out to me and took care of the situation. “First time I ever purchased anything from Swarovski was online. However, the order I received was for a different customer. I took it into this location (mind you, this location was not the reason for the mix up). I spoke with Jennifer who was super apologetic even though she personally did nothing wrong. Explained to me she would handle the mistake with the corporate office herself and refunded me my original order. She even had the correct earrings I purchased in store and was able to give me 15% off due to a sale they were offering at the time. She was fantastic and easy to work with. When I purchase earrings for myself I hope she is there to assist me. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and the empathy she had. Highly recommend”
