“My fiance lost the diamond on her engagement ring a few years ago. I went to the Diamond factory for an estimate for a new diamond. I thought it was a little expensive so I stopped by Birmingham Jewelry. They sold me a larger diamond for $2,000 less. Bravo ! Then my fiance lost the ring. This time it was insured. Reba, Gregory and the staff worked with the insurance company and they made my fiance a new custom ring. In fact the ring wasn't going to be ready for a few more weeks but when Gregory found out that we wanted it for a special occasion they finished it that same day !!

I took my wedding ring in to get some work done (loose diamonds, cracked band and needed rhodium) and I had lost all hope because so many places had turned me down. “I’ve had the same Shinola watch for close to 10 years now, wear it almost every day and it has stood the test of “time.” Stopped into the Somerset location to get my battery replaced and the people were very helpful. Travis working on the watches even took the time to clean my watch and show me how to take the band off. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. 10/10 service!”
