This branch made my life so much easier! I was trying to open a new credit card online and ran into issue after issue. When I called this chase team for help they were genuinely kind and helpful. I didn’t have an appointment set at this branch, but Holly helped me smooth out the issue anyways and followed up with me the next business day to confirm the issue had been resolved to completion. She was awesome to work with. So friendly and helpful!
