I'm not going to say everything they sell is going to be the tool you drop in your cart...you gotta do your homework.
However, I've bought a lot of things from Harbor Freight, drill press, couple hand drills, bench grinders, couple vises and sure I'll be back looking.
Just do your research and buy smart.
Good prices, the store I go to assistance is helpful and friendly.

“Somehow this small store manages to have the correct parts in stock when other places like Canadian Tire do not have it in stock or have the wrong part for your vehicle. Customer service is excellent too. Recently I purchased 3/4" auto heater hose. Canadian Tire didn't have it in stock. Years ago I purchased upper and lower radiator hoses for my 94 Dodge Caravan. Car quest had the correct parts while Canadian Tire and other stores offered the wrong parts. Plus you can get G5 rad fluid which is recommended in some Chrysler vehicles.”
