“Ist time there, it was difficult to navigate. They have a lot of vehicles, but many parts are like scattered about of no value, and can be thrown away, to make it easier and more accessible to enter a vehicle.
Prices were literally 'dirt Cheap'. Anywhere else, would have been 5 times higher. I would go back, and recommend if you have patience!”

I'm not going to say everything they sell is going to be the tool you drop in your cart...you gotta do your homework.
However, I've bought a lot of things from Harbor Freight, drill press, couple hand drills, bench grinders, couple vises and sure I'll be back looking.
Just do your research and buy smart.
Good prices, the store I go to assistance is helpful and friendly.

Nancy Howey was our only salesgirl.My first retail dealership to work at was Gilbert Ford in Riverrouge, on Jefferson. This is where Downriver Chrysler Plymouth Imperial was originally. My dad got me the job here. 1968. I did pegboard accounting. Fixed operations, payroll, bank deposit. I was 181/2. Came here from Les Stanford Chevrolet, Dearborn. Also. did switchboard relief, and warranty credit memo.”

“Somehow this small store manages to have the correct parts in stock when other places like Canadian Tire do not have it in stock or have the wrong part for your vehicle. Customer service is excellent too. Recently I purchased 3/4" auto heater hose. Canadian Tire didn't have it in stock. Years ago I purchased upper and lower radiator hoses for my 94 Dodge Caravan. Car quest had the correct parts while Canadian Tire and other stores offered the wrong parts. Plus you can get G5 rad fluid which is recommended in some Chrysler vehicles.”

“Been a long time customer. And for the first time. They have an knowledgeable associate in automotive. Joseph has been the only one that I will even talk to at this location. He's never sold me the wrong part. Never told me the wrong stuff. Like everyone else at this location. He also isn't afraid to admit when he don't know something. But, will be quick at trying to help research the issue. Joseph has been a blessing at this store. Made my repairs extremely easier. His knowledge in automotive is a mix of old school and new school. Which helps a lot with tips and tricks on repairs. Even on those really hard repairs. Joseph has tips and tricks that made the repair go a lot more smoother. Joseph is a massive asset to autozone. I would be making sure that y'all are doing everything possible to keep Joseph.”
