“Overall, especially being my first experience buying a vehicle online, not too bad. If I were giving this review on Janelle alone, it would hands down be 5 stars without a negative word to be said. As a whole, a minor bump in the road as the vehicle I wanted was still in the shop (with several red flags) was resolved quickly. They have an excellent selection and decent to good prices. I feel the overall process, especially at the beginning, could be a bit more efficient - maybe monitored a bit more or handled more expediently. However, all’s well That ends well. “Service was quick and direct. I am mainly impressed with the initial meeting between myself and the service team. Even though I own a ford flex they were happy to help! On top of that they offered rental services, and free shuttles home. When I asked how long it may take, he said he could have it done the next day. Minor things for sure but still I was so impressed with the way I was treated! So respectful and nice! I have never been treated so well by any dealership. Regardless of the price, I will always return to Southgate Lincoln in a heartbeat for all my service needs! Now to buy a new Lincoln and we will be good to go! Thank you again!”
