“Someone hit me July 4th while at the fireworks with my grandsons. I noticed the dent next day. I texted dent removal, and was told that they weren't in my area but he'd reach out to someone. Mike got a hold of me. His company van broke down on the way. But his boss had a replacement within 15 minutes and he came to my house. This company is spot on. I used another guy before but Mike's level of skill made the other company look like amateurs. These guys are the ones who dealerships call to remove dents without having to paint. Mike did fantastic work and was quick. And very reasonable in price. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MIKE AND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I'm retired military. I received a discount.

What really blew me away is they even let me use one of their cars while mine was being fixed, so I didn’t have to mess around driving to Windsor for a rental. That alone saved me a huge headache. “First of all, I have StarFarm insurance.. I picked Moran because it was on their preferred list and they had the best ratings Downriver. Took my vehicle there for the initial estimate, they were 90% accurate, the way ordered all the parts and after they arrived they had a few more things to order after digging into the repair. All in all it was a total of 3 weeks and my vehicle was only there for 6 days. It’s like new, they are awesome and honest!”

“WOW! I chose Gerber Collision after my car was hit. My insurance covered the cost, but Gerber went above and beyond with their service. They texted me everyday with updates on the car and an estimate of when it would be done. When I reached out with questions, they were always quick to respond and very kind (I asked a lot of questions!). My car was finished 3 days before they originally quoted me, and they detailed the ENTIRE inside of my car. When I went to pick it up, the mechanic talked me through what was done and their warranty. They also stayed late for me to get my car! I will definitely be using Gerber for all repairs moving forward!”

“Service was quick and direct. I am mainly impressed with the initial meeting between myself and the service team. Even though I own a ford flex they were happy to help! On top of that they offered rental services, and free shuttles home. When I asked how long it may take, he said he could have it done the next day.
