“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

“I went T-Mobile in Flat Rock a couple of years ago for a new phone. Every time I had a question, or a problem the staff helped me out.
This week I went to T- Mobile asking about a tablet.
Jena was my salesperson. Jena answered all my questions about the tablet and T-Mobile Internet Srevice. Jena stated how easy it was to set up a new modem. I will admit I am not computer person, but with the help from Jena I was able to get a Tablet and a newT-Mobile Internet Service.

“Early this am before work I looked online to see if they had the Pregmate 50 strip count pregnancy tests, and this store had "6 in stock". So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!! “Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”
“This store is clean and it’s relatively easy to find whatever you’re looking for. Helpful staff is easy to find if the item you’re looking for is not.
My only qualm is the narrowness of the checkout line. Using a stroller or wheelchair through that part of the store would not be possible.”
