“After breaking my phone I went to the Verizon store where Charles help my with selecting a new phone and setting it up since I went from an Android to an iPhone the transfer was a bit long. Charles took the time to ensure the transfer was accurate and complete. He made the purchase easy and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I would definitely return to this store and ask for this technician. Great job Charles I am a very satisfied customer.”

“only reason I'm giving a 5 star is because of Lena and the new girl Sabrina. The two girls working in the morning are rude as well, Kristin I think is her name and the other girl looks ridiculous with pink hair and speaks very trashy, even when she thinks we can't hear her. Also, the girl who works midnights is rude and unprofessional by making me wait until she's done talking to another customer that has already paid. sad.”

“I’ve been dealing with this location for 1 years. They aren’t looking for those crazy small fees. I needed to activate a phone for three days. Basically, just to get past my two step verification. The phone didn’t even have a working sim card. Moe, knew I’ve been waiting on my I Phone for two weeks. He did everything possible to save me money and make sure l had a working phone by the time l left. Those guys up there are legit. I write a review here and there, but I’d actually felt the need to share my experience.”

“So far so good. Just transferred my carrier from AT&T which was an enormous bill to Metro PCS which is a fair monthly price. Sal at the counter was helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me advice if traveling out of country. The transition was seamless and I didn't need to change my phone number. Way more helpful than both Woodhaven and Wyandotte AT&T was in person and on the phone, which is why I switched over. Metro PCS gave me good customer service I expect from a phone company.”

“I would highly recommend this store for all your phone needs because the guys working here have been absolutely fantastic with me. They are very honest with themselves. They do have tablets, watches and home internet whenever you go in. I met the owner & he is very kind and super cool, for real. Their pricing is very affordable as compare to other Metro stores. Always helped me to sort out my bills, my plans, my devices and overall my service, everything was taken care of. They always have specials going on and lastly, don't forget to ask their free T-mobile stuff they have for you.”

“I have made plenty of cables myself and so I can be VERY critical of build quality. These cables are of the highest quality. You can trust these for critical applications. Think $166 is too much for a 7' DB25 to TRS? No. The quality warrants the price.”

“They are the only people I have trusted with my radio/speaker/amp/security system installations since 1991. Doing this review because once again, I'm having them do some work for me, but this time, on my employers work van. Hands down, the best installation team I've seen. Everyone who sees the work they've done for me, are very impressed.”
