“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

Situation was I had a phone Motorola.And then they offered me the promotional.If you have a phone you can get a second phone or tablet for $30 mail too.So I picked the Samsung 15 and it was mailed to me. However comma I never activated that phone. I then accidentally dropped and shattered the screen on my originalMotorola phone. So I took the second phone to the Flint store and ask to have my number my original number on the phone that I cracked my Motorola transferred to the one that they sent me in the mail. He charges me $5 extra plus $50 to. Switch the number that was already mine.Choose a phone that was sent in the mail.That was mine that I paid for when I should have paid nothing and was able to keep my original phone number.
