“I’ve been dealing with this location for 1 years. They aren’t looking for those crazy small fees. I needed to activate a phone for three days. Basically, just to get past my two step verification. The phone didn’t even have a working sim card. Moe, knew I’ve been waiting on my I Phone for two weeks. He did everything possible to save me money and make sure l had a working phone by the time l left. Those guys up there are legit. “Jay and John were so helpful. They not only helped us purchase a phone, they noticed I wasn't receiving equipment credits on my account, called and fixed many issues with my account and also got me signed up for a better plan at a lower rate. I'm very happy with the service I received and the time they spent helping me and my son get his phone all transferred over and the extensive amount of time fixing problems with my account that I didn't even know existed about the equipment credits. Great customer service!”

“So far so good. Just transferred my carrier from AT&T which was an enormous bill to Metro PCS which is a fair monthly price. Sal at the counter was helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me advice if traveling out of country. The transition was seamless and I didn't need to change my phone number. Way more helpful than both Woodhaven and Wyandotte AT&T was in person and on the phone, which is why I switched over. Metro PCS gave me good customer service I expect from a phone company.”

Situation was I had a phone Motorola.And then they offered me the promotional.If you have a phone you can get a second phone or tablet for $30 mail too.So I picked the Samsung 15 and it was mailed to me. However comma I never activated that phone. I then accidentally dropped and shattered the screen on my originalMotorola phone. So I took the second phone to the Flint store and ask to have my number my original number on the phone that I cracked my Motorola transferred to the one that they sent me in the mail. He charges me $5 extra plus $50 to. Switch the number that was already mine.Choose a phone that was sent in the mail.That was mine that I paid for when I should have paid nothing and was able to keep my original phone number. “I would highly recommend this store for all your phone needs because the guys working here have been absolutely fantastic with me. They are very honest with themselves. They do have tablets, watches and home internet whenever you go in. I met the owner & he is very kind and super cool, for real. Their pricing is very affordable as compare to other Metro stores. Always helped me to sort out my bills, my plans, my devices and overall my service, everything was taken care of. They always have specials going on and lastly, don't forget to ask their free T-mobile stuff they have for you.”

“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

“Gus was on time to open store. I needed a replacement phone. I have an Apple but it was lost and I was waiting for the recovery time to expire so I could use my new phone. I'd been out of a phone for five days and decided to go into metro to get a new line. I didnt know but my Mother experienced a medical emergency my husband works nights so i had no idea She'd had a stroke. I was in a rush to get to the hospital and I needed to get in and out . Gus was knowledgeable understanding courteous and professional. The price was right and with a Samsung 17 I was shocked that the price was so low. Even lower than my deductible with AppleCare. Thanks to Metro I was able to call my Grandmother and allow her to talk to my Mother which had just had a stroke. Thanks Metro PCS and Gus you came through like a true champ!”

“Visited this Verizon store on the afternoon of Friday, June 19, 2026. Charles greeted us immediately as we were entering. A very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and in my opinion very honest young man with Great integrity. He listened to our issues and immediately asked the right questions, provided/explained all the information we needed as well as calmed my fears. Solved/answered all we could have asked for. We promised we will be back when we are ready to purchase new phones and will make sure he is our guy! As an elderly couple we were also very impressed with his overall attitude/demeanor dealing with elderly. He was incredibly respectful. Thank you Charles for your help. So far your advice has worked.
