“Mike Lynch Ford provided us with one of the EASIEST, most STRESS FREE car buying experiences EVER (and we’re OLD - we’ve purchased quite a few cars thru the years! LOL)!
The entire experience was pleasant - from start to finish! We were immediately greeted upon entering the dealership and spoke with a very knowledgeable, pleasant guy (who we later learned was the owner!). He showed us their stock, taught us a bit about the vehicle, then offered a test drive. During the drive he pointed out additional features - but wasn’t pushy or overwhelming.
Upon return to the dealership we were passed on to Joshua (he had been tied up with another customer when we first got there). While reviewing our options with him, there was absolutely no pressure - just above board information regarding vehicle cost, trade in value etc - all very transparent - showing us his computer screen while he worked. None of this ‘secrecy’ about numbers and the ‘deal’ they could offer us - just facts and figures. None of the ‘let me go check with my manager and make you wait while we bs in the back room’ game that car dealers usually play. Just honest, outright ‘this is what it will cost you, bottom line’. Like WHAT?!! WOW! How refreshing!!!
We liked the people - and their way of doing business - so well, we decided right then and there to go for it! Even on a couple of follow up items we’ve had to take care of, they’ve been extremely pleasant and easy to deal with! We’ve found our new favorite car dealer!
