“This is definitely the best store around. I just moved here and had to transfer a large amount of prescriptions from a aCVS in Clinton Twp. Unfortunately, they are all on different refill days. They have been. WONDERFUL with getting my scripts transferred and filled. Both pharmacists, Andrew and Laura are amazing. I scheduled an appointment with Andrew for my flu and shingles vaccination and when I got there, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Also the front pharmacy staff are great as well. Alex is always willing to help and if something isn't ready, he takes care of it in minutes. Paul, up front in the store, always seems to be there and ALWAYS helps you find what you need. He knows that store inside and out. Whoever does their hiring there is doing a great job. A lot of Rite Aids are closing in this area, so keep that in mind when getting your scripts filled here. Patience is a virtue and it seems that a lot of society has forgotten that recently. The pharmacy staff aren't God's and can't magically make prescriptions appear from doctors offices and if your order is on back order, remember that is because a supplier does not have the medication. Not CVS, so don't take it out on them. Kindness will get you a lot further then pettiness. Remember that the next time your order can't be filled for reasons out of the pharmacies control. I find ordering a day or two earlier on the on line app helps a lot. You will simply get a text when it's ready. Have a nice day and remember to treat thy neighbor as you treat thyself. It will take you a lot further in life.”
“I like many used to go to Rite Aid until they closed recently. Because they are close I switched my prescriptions to this new pharmacy. I was surprised the first time I filled prescriptions that they cost quite a bit more than Rite Aide. The pharmacist was able to give me a cash price and save me money over what my prescriptions would cost me had I used my insurance. He explained that this is happening to some people who switched. He said it is because my insurance company doesn’t recognize Almont Pharmacy as being my primary pharmacy and that I needed to call my insurance company and let them know this. I appreciated his help. So far everything else has been good since I switched.”

“I’m embarrassed I haven’t left a 5-star review sooner because this has been my go-to pharmacy for years. In the four years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never once had an issue with getting my prescription, and the staff has always been friendly no matter who was at the window.
What really prompted me to finally leave this review was a recent experience after I moved and had to try a different pharmacy. My first visit there was horrible—the man at the window was rude and basically told me there was nothing he could do because of an insurance issue (even though I’ve gotten the same prescription monthly from the same provider with no problem here). Not knowing what else to do, I called this location, and I believe I spoke with Fahad. He immediately helped by taking over the prescription and getting it filled for me so I wouldn’t have to go without my medication.
That above-and-beyond care reminded me why this pharmacy has always been the best, and why I should have written this review years ago. Thank you for consistently excellent service!”
“I have a certain medication that is fairly expensive to fill and any other pharmacy other than here. Their cash price for me is about $120 per year. I have checked the price at other pharmacies and the best I could come up with was $150 per year. Not only do I get a great price but the kindness of the staff is exceptional. I wish they were open on weekends but the fact they are not is not enough to give them anything other than 5 Stars. Thank you!!!”

“The BEST pharmacy…hands down!! Stop going to cvs meijer walgreens…the big corporations for your prescriptions. Genoa Pharmacies provide the same service and they are kind, professional and knowledgeable. “This is probably the best Kroger I've ever been to. I love how big is it and how spacious all the aisles are. We also found a couple of delicious hidden jets. My local kroger isn't bad, but it could fit inside this place 3 times. The store and bathrooms were very clean.”

“This Kroger is in a zone where internet does not work. It has been extremely frustrating, especially when trying to use the digital coupons. There was no way to use them. Then, a week ago, an employee showed me a printed copy of all of the digital coupons. I had no idea they did this or when they had started it. So, if you are ever at a Kroger in a zone without internet, check the area where the flyers are when you walk in for the digital coupons. Pick one up, and when you get to checkout, or self-checkout, scan as a coupon and all the digital offers will apply. Hand the coupon to the cashier or attendant, and you can get your discounts.”
“My husband was being discharged around 9:40 p.m. from a nearby hospital after treatment for a very painful kidney stone, and I knew it was cutting it close to the pharmacy's closing time. We needed all five prescriptions that night, and by the time we made it back to our side of town, our regular pharmacy would have been closed.
I called Walgreens, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance the prescriptions could be filled before closing. They kindly said they would do their best. To my surprise and relief, everything was ready by 9:58 p.m.

“The pharmacy staff here are wonderful.
The pharmacist Patricia will call if there's any issue such as insurance not covering the full amount or a delay in filling a prescription.
They'll readily contact other pharmacies or your doctors office too (although some docs are slow or don't call back).
I've gotten shots here and the staff are very accommodating and the injections relatively painless :-)
Even when the online system can't do what I need, I have called and pharmacy staff handled it for me.
I think CVS does a great job choosing pharmacists because the previous pharmacist Jim was also just as helpful and personable.
Now Patricia and her techs still give great friendly, professional service.
My family has been coming here over 25 years. This CVS location is a gem.
By the way, there are some other health care and beauty products that that I've needed and this location stocks a good variety.
That's on top of the variety of little helpful things like magazines, gadgets, and party items.
Oh, and they take good photo ID pics too! Better than the Secretary of State. LOL”
