I recently had a hit and run and Beth knowing I am busy college student worked with me and my busy schedule to get it situated so that I was without a car. Howe is so easy with scheduling and gets the job done much quicker than expected. The rental car place was taking a while to pick me up from the collision shop and Beth and Erin who work the front desk offered to take me over so I wasn’t sitting there. Whoever works in the back does an amazing job as every time we’ve picked up a vehicle it looks as if the damage never happened! They set a high standard and it shows!!!”

“Brought my truck in for 2 dents in the door from another truck, it was really bad in my opinion. I didn’t think door dents could be fixed this well. I expected and hoped it would look a little better and not stand out so bad when clean. I’m just about convinced they put a new door on it and couldn’t be happier. Fair price, especially in today’s expensive world. Also each person working there was as friendly as one can come, especially David! If something comes up I won’t hesitate to go back.”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“I had a great experience at Collision Works recently. I hit a pot hole and about one month later the panel next to my head light fell off without me knowing. I went to a shop where I had had some work done in the past and the guy said he would order the part and replace it. Four months later, after broken commitment after broken commitment, I went to Collision Works. Danielle said she would order the part. The next day it was in and I got my panel replaced. I believe the reason the big chain guy jerked me around is because it was a $150 job. Whereas Danielle said: Even small jobs deserve to be fixed.”

“Don is an extremely talented machinist. Once I had him bore and hone a small block Ford for me. Each cylinder bore was right at the size I requested without any taper what so ever. All eight cylinders were within.0004", TOTAL! I was definitely impressed. I worked at a tool and die shop for 36 years as a journeyman machinist.It takes a lot to impress me, but I was. Don has done many jobs for vehicles that I have worked on. And never disappoints. Bob the owner makes sure the job gets done in time and for a very reasonable price. Great machine shops are almost impossible to find. But if you go to Dynamic, your search is over...”
“The shop was very responsive and understanding of the situation once I got my insurance and claim number involved. I read a lot of good and bad reviews on here but a lot of factors can delay the process of fixing one’s car. We live in a time of ups and downs but if it wasn’t for heritage collision taking the reigns with my insurance and getting the quotes and estimates it would put the problem on me to find another repair shop. Yes they did a great job on the repair and communication was key. Mike did a great job but I only just got back the car. The timeline was over a week for me. I will comment on this post in a couple weeks if there is feedback on things that might have been missed. For now the car looks great in the pics below. Thank you again for all the help.”

“I took a rear trim panel for my 2021 Escalade to get painted. The color was pearl white. They did a great job with the color match. Also had it done in 3 days. The price was very reasonable. I was happy that they agreed to paint the part. Most body shops only want high dollar insurance work and won’t paint small parts for you. I’ll definitely be going back for anything else I need painted.”
