“I needed my windshield replaced and also my mirror. I remembered I went to Knudsen brothers probably 7 years ago and remembered they did a good job, I am so glad i remembered that they were good because they were amazing this time around too. I needed it done quickly because I was turning in my lease last minute so they got me in the next day and finished it all in one day! They were so reasonable and actually personable to where they listened to what you needed. We originally got an estimate at the dealership and it was so ridiculous and they couldn’t get me in for a few weeks and I felt like it was all just routine get people in and out. Knudsen brothers gave my car back and I almost didn’t want to turn my lease back in because of how good it looked when I got it back! My window and mirror were fixed but the outside and inside of my car looked like I got it detailed. It was a nice little touch especially because I was dreading doing all of that while I was pregnant! Front desk was also so sweet. She turned a movie on for my kids while we were going over everything that needed to be done which of course was helpful also. I don’t ever remember coming home from any other collision shop bragging how good they were and how amazing my car looked. I would recommend them a million times! I don’t even remember who recommended them to me but I remembered them for a reason! Thank you guys so much!”

“My truck was repaired by International after an incident during an oil change at another establishment. It was a very efficient and prompt process. When the truck was returned to me it was not only repaired but it had been cleaned inside and out. It looks great all around. I recommend them with hesitation.”

“This was my first time approaching and requesting service from a machine shop. Many choices out their but, out of all the choices, I had trusted the reviews online for Dynamic Machine Shop and gave it a shot. I was blown away by the vast knowledge, quality, price and most importantly the superior customer service Dynamic provided! I was always kept well informed, talked to in a respectful manner, given tips on my build and finally the price was lower than I expected and I was not ripped off like some of the other shops. In conclusion, the distance was out of my way a little however, I am beyond extatic that I found my sole Machine Shop for life. As a war Veteran I put the Veteran approved stamp on this business for sure!”

“Really happy with my experience at Hines Park Lincoln Collision Center. AAA recommended them after my accident, and I’m glad I went with them. A big thank you to Aaron Morrison, Collision Shop Manager. He was extremely patient, positive, and understanding throughout the whole process. Even with my small, teeny-tiny concerns, he took the time to listen and make sure everything was taken care of properly. You don’t always find that kind of patience and genuine effort to make a customer happy. Also, Michelle at the front desk was always friendly, respectful, and helpful. Every time I called, she answered and helped me in a very pleasant manner. I really appreciate Aaron, Michelle, and the whole team. I definitely recommend Hines Park Lincoln Collision Center you can go there without a second thought!”

“5 Stars – Outstanding work and service! Took my vehicle to Stonewall Collision and Auto Paint in Pontiac and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial estimate through the final pickup, the team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. The paint match is perfect, the bodywork is clean, and the car looks better than it did before. They kept me updated the whole time and delivered quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Pontiac/Waterford area who needs collision or paint work done right.”

The vehicle practically looked brand new once completed. Faris, the manager, was very informative while detaining the repair process. My car was in and out of the shop within three days. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work that was done; it was money well spent.”

“Jack Demmer Ford is outstanding! We purchase both our company and personal vehicles through them, and the experience is consistently top-notch. Dylan in sales has been wonderful to work with over the years - always professional, helpful, and truly committed to making the process smooth. They always deliver exactly what they promise, and on the rare occasion an issue comes up, their team responds quickly and takes care of everything. The service department is equally excellent, and having loaner vehicles available during service appointments is a huge plus. Highly recommend Jack Demmer Ford to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free automotive sales and service!”

“Top-notch service from start to finish! My truck was long overdue for some maintenance and TLC, and the owner and his team did an outstanding job going through it top to bottom, front to back. They were extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. After picking it up and bringing it home, I noticed a small spot on the floor the next day from an area where work had previously been done. I reached out to the owner, and without hesitation, he asked me to bring it back in for further inspection — no excuses, no brushing it off like “it was fine when it left.” That level of accountability says a lot about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The only downside is the price — but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, you’re paying for QUALITY workmanship and professionalism. I truly can’t stress enough how thorough and detail-oriented the team was. I only wish I had the budget to move forward with another project at home — I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it to them.”

“Yesterday while traveling home from the upper peninsula our car overheated. We called AAA and they connected us with Georges Body Shop. What could have been a bad day turned into such a positive experience! We were out in the middle of nowhere and the owner Lance personally drove out and brought us back to St. Ignas. He assured us that his mechanics would take care of us. Lance ordered a part to replace the water pump that burst and told us it that the part would come in the following morning. His staff was friendly and to my surprise the bathroom was clean unlike most automotive shops. Lance personally drove us to our hotel and the following morning his son picked us up from our hotel and our car was repaired and ready just as promised.”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“I had an awesome experience getting my car hood replaced and the paint work done. Gene was my technician, and he was absolutely great, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything along the way. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. The hood replacement came out perfect, and the paint match is spot on. You honestly can’t even tell there was any damage, my car looks brand new! The attention to detail really shows, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Huge thanks to Gene and the entire team for their amazing work and customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or body work. I couldn’t be happier with the results!”

“Yesterday, I was on my way to an appointment. As I was approaching Newburgh at Michigan Avenue, the tire pressure light came on. One tire was down to 25psi! It was a split second decision to pull into Demmer's Quick Lane center. I'm so glad I did. They were able to check it out immediately and found a nail firmly embedded in the tire. It was removed and patched taking all of ten minutes. I am so thankful for their ability to remedy the situation so quickly. It is very unusual for a Ford Quick Lane Center to take care of an issue so fast. Credit to my service advisor, Kyle, for taking care of things. I made it to my appointment only a few minutes late. Much appreciation to Demmer Ford Quick Lane Center!”
