I had a great experience at the FedEx Ship Center thanks to Steven! He was incredibly friendly, easygoing, and went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. It's rare to find someone so willing to assist with such a positive attitude. Steven made the process smooth and stress-free - truly appreciated his help. Staff is friendly! When you walk in, the front counter / lobby area will probably be empty, but give them a second and someone usually appears right away.

Driver forged my name for a $1000 item that was supposedly delivered... NO ITEM DELIVERED.... and I was at work during the time I supposedly signed my signature.

You would get better customer service dropping off your package into a mail slot than dealing with the employees. I should have taken a count of how many one word answers the person behind the counter gave me for my questions. This guys attitude makes it seem like he would rather be anywhere else than helping people behind a counter.

This place need to be shut down very rude the old lady tonight working act like we were coming here for a damn interview I wouldn't have to drive if the lazy ass would of brought my package at the door I have him on camera just putting a note on my door then the old lady had tge damn nerve to ask him if he speech English that wasn't here damn busy do your job instead of asking people dumb ass question if you want to ask people if they speech English go work for home land security

Collecting my package from the service desk was very easy. I only needed to provide my ID and the tracking number and all was sorted out.

During my shipping season, I push about 150 boxes through this hub per year. The people at the counter are normally nice... They always get my packages out on time.
