We Switched from At&t to Comcast Xfinity, Once installed I cancelled At&t to then be informed in having to send back the Modem, WSP box, 2 Boosters, DVR, 3 Extra Boxes plus all Cords & Remotes. I had Chosen Fed-Ex over UPS anyway & Meet me wrapped all the items exception in the box brought it into FedEx. They scanned everything there was. All I need was their account number for AT&t. They bubble wrapped it and they shipped it with no questions asked. They were kind, courteous and respectful. I would come back here 100 times over any other place. Great job FedEx

Never received a package on time even when there notifications say arriving early? Always seems to just languish somewhere. With no rhyme or reason and there customer service is non existent.

I currently live within the City of Taylor within an apartment complex. Every time I am expecting a package delivery from FedEx, the driver on my route ALWAYS leave a blank FedEx sticker. When I say blank I literatly mean no name, address, apartment number, attempt delivery, and how many days or something to pick up my package. I always have to assume that the package may be for me because they always leave the blank sticker outside of the building door entrance. Last week I had my DB canceled through my Financial Institution and was expecting to receive my new card on Tuesday. It had to be shipped because my Financial Instituion doesn't exist in Michigan anymore. When I got home on Tuesday I was curious as to why I haven't received it.I called Customer Service and they informed me that my card was delivered to this FedEx location on Monday. I never requested to have anything delivered to this FedEx location, but to my home. I don't think the delivery driver even made an attempt to deliver it. If so, there was no FedEx sticker left for me to know that my package was ready for pickup. While making an in person complaint with a FedEx rep I was informed that the package was scheduled to be delivered to my home on Monday. Whoever is on my route is a horrible FedEx employee. There is no way that I should never be properly notified of a missed package. If I never would have called my Financial Instituion my DB would of just been sitting at FedEx waiting to be shipped back. I had 5 business days to pick up my package. Thankfully I was able to pick it up on Wednesday after work.

This location has the most unprofessional employees and staff I’ve ever witness in my entire life dealing with Fed Ex. For a well known international company this division should not be in operation. I’ve been back and fourth there for now 3 days and the root of the issue is they don’t communicate to you the truth of what their doing and they have multiple people on staff that aren’t trained and do not have proper discretion on what to do. They icing on the cake is lying telling me they held my package after drinking an hour 2 days and they didn’t and on the 3rd day telling me they stopped at my house and they did not at all because I was by the front door from 9:30am until 4:30pm and the driver never showed and the representative who called me told me to come back up to the location knowing they never even attempted to drop it off. This location is a horrible representation of Fed Ex and the whoever’s in charge of this location needs to address all of its employees and get rid of people who can’t follow simple orders. I will be reporting this incident to the corporate location to the fullest extent and making a complaint with the business bureaus.

We have the driver on camera two days in a row, claiming they tried to reach us, but nobody answered. Truth is, they never knocked. Just went to the door and stuck and note on it. Smh

Paid for 2-day shipping it's been 5 days now still no package. They claim that they attempted delivery yesterday they did not I work from home I am here they never showed up let alone attempted to deliver. next thing they say it'll be here today by 8:00 p.m., NOPE, never showed. Calling customer service is a joke. When I asked the customer service rep when am I actually going to finally receive my package "Eh. Maybe Fri." No explanation no apologies no nothing, and MAYBE?? I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!

I have had by far the worst experience with FedEx since Saturday May 6 , 23.. I paid 21 odd dollars for Saturday by 12pm shipping to guarantee delivery.. This delivery driver keep stating he's been here but my building security disagree! I am displeased with the level of service that was giving misinformation and fale tales have been told spoke to 4 call center agents still no package and have yet to here from anyone at the Romulus local facility about the issue wow horrible I think FedEx can do a lot better hopefully I can get my package today

I am beyond livid, I am PISSED! I have no idea why this service can't get their SHIT together! I was supposed to receive a package from Verizon today. The delivery was scheduled from 9:40 AM - 1:40 AM I logged in to watch the tracking. When I received notification that delivery was today I got dressed and sat in the Lobby of my Apt. waiting, waiting, and waiting. about 12:30 PM I get a notification that there is a delay! I check the status and it say the driver attempted delivery, HOWEVER that is LIE what the driver did was pulled up into my Apt Building parking lot and then turned around and left. That is not an attempt to deliver! instead the lazy ass driver decided they were too lazy to be bothered! I call their 800 number to deal with their idiotic IVR/AI which cheerfully claimed that my package is on it way tomorrow. Or if I wanted I could drive all the way to Romulus to pick up my packaged after about 10 minutes of this bullshit I finally got contacted to a LIVE agent. Only for the idiot to go through same bullshit! So, I told him so what you are telling me is that you have lazy ass drivers who want to get paid to NOT to do their job? and you want me to load up my wheel chair to travel to your hub where you have lazy ass employees to wait for a package that should have been delivered?Unacceptable! - FedEx is PAID to do their job deliver packages, not drive around and look at pretty buildings. Instead of getting their lazy asses out of the vehicle and actually taking an elevator to my floor and knocking on my door the asshole decides to LIE stating an attempt was made! I am not sure to be fair if the driver was male or female if the driver was a young punk or an older lazy ass driver. either way if you expect to be paid, or be paid a higher wage you need to do you DAMN JOB! The mindset today is that you don't want to work but you expect someone to just had you paycheck for just being! What the hell has happened to this country. If you are not getting paid what you think you are owed then QUIT the job and go some place else and let those who need the job work!

Internet down when I went to pick up. Awesome job that they manually searched for my package and retrieved it ??
