“Update : Spoke to the Owner he cleaned up oil and was very apologetic and offered me a free oil change next time.Thank you MoThe guy was nice BUT, This guy sprayed oil everywhere and then he complained about my previous oil weight that was put in car . He changed my oil weight then told me after it was done. He tried to clean up oil mess with some type of spray that changed a color of a vinyl panel under hood of car. He forgot to put my engine cover back on. It was a nightmare and I smell burning oil my windshield is all smudged. I lifted up hood and oil is all over wipers and everything under the hood. I work in Ann Arbor so I usually get oil changes up there. I won't be lazy anymore I will drive to Ann Arbor. It's worth the trip. I pray He didn't damage anything.This was a horrendous experience.Service: Oil change”
“Could not recommended this place more!! I have one to them for every oil change since I got my car (except my last one just because I moved so far).
They are genuinely good people, caring, vacuum your car every time, wipe down inside / outside window, wipe down interior and throw obvious trash. They do not price gouge or try to get you to get a service done that does not need to be done. In fact they will hold off if they know your vehicle is able to. Like I said genuinely good people with good service. Plus they have snacks and candy lol.”
“Edit: 12/14/25 Oil & Filter for $35 and wipers for $40. In and out super fast. No high pressure upselling. Went to Victory Lane for my last oil change and was spammed by email and phone after. Will be returning to Gulf again for the next go round.
EDIT:11/4/23 Went back for oil and a filter. Aren't economies of scale great? Been doing my own changes for almost 10 years now. My total was $32.84 and was in and out in about 10 min. I would be hard pressed to pick up or order a filter and 5 quarts of 5w30 for that much. The big thing is time getting the truck up on ramps, getting the tools & drain pan out, getting covered in oil, adding the proper amount, disposing of the old oil, and cleaning up. Knowing how to do your own work is great but oil changes probably aren't something you're going to save money on by doing it yourself. Will be returning if the location is still convenient in the future. Tye, Rob, and Trisha were great as they were last time.
Only been here once but would consider returning. I would love to do all my own work but access to tools/facilities makes some work better serviced by shops. Went in for a 4x4 service (Differentials and transfer case fluid) and a transmission fluid change. Sent in for a quote via their website before they opened and Sam offered an $80 discount for both services via email while I was in the shop. Usually $249.99 for 4x4 Service and the Transmission was quoted $129.99. After arriving they informed me they didn't have the correct transmission fluid on hand (5 speed manual Silverado). I asked if they could provide the service if I drove to the NAPA for the fluid. I came back with the proper fluid and they charged me $35 so the total for all work that day with tax was $300. Had Trisha, Tye, and Katy (Maybe a Sean too?). All very friendly and cost less than half of what I was quoted from the Milan Chevrolet dealer. Went above and beyond to get the transmission fluid changed out (as they had to jerry rig a solution since there was very limited space to access the fill port). I usually do my own oil changes but I will price the work to see if it makes more sense to return.”

“I took my Kia Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation. While inspecting my vehicle, the technician noted that both my engine and cabin air filters were quite clogged. Scott called to let me know that they recommended replacing both filters. They completed that along with the oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. All work was completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. They sent me photos of the old filters. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.”

“They did a fantastic job on my car. Had the struts and sway bars replaced. After getting the repair done my car started making noises a few days later. Brought it back and it turned out to be a faulty sway bar link. Ack was very honest about what happened. The staff fixed it quickly and free of charge, Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good auto repair at a fair price. Thanks again guys!”

Abe and Ali amazing service, they explain everything in detail, they show you the part to be change, they look for ways to benefit both parties in terms of labor and price.
