I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“On a trip to the area I unexpectedly had car issues late at night and had to call for assistance. I was so lucky to call Sam’s N Son as he immediately alleviated the stress I had by arranging for me to drop my keys off and to pick up my vehicle the next morning. He also let me know he could do the work on my vehicle to make repairs if needed and that was just an added bonus to the service I had already received! First time breaking down while traveling and I am not a calm person to begin with so I was beyond stressed, but the customer service and communication letting me know what is happening each step of the way has allowed me to relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. Always on time for the scheduled towing I’ve arranged, and the driver was flexible and waited almost an hour when I had some testing take longer than expected. “I'm a car guy, and I've worked on cars since i was a little kid. 99% of the time, if something goes wrong, I will just fix it myself. However, if for whatever reason I can't fix it myself or don;t have the time to, this is the ONLY shop I will bring my car to.
Nowadays it seems like every mechanic shop is out to scam you. I've gone to about 10 other shops in the past 20 years for repairs, and every single one of them besides Darby's has tried to scam me at least once, by claiming my car needed repairs it doesn't need. This is the only shop I trust to fix my car, and not try to make any extra money off me.
I see some complaints about them being "rude", but in my opinion people are mistaking honesty for rudeness. I mean, someone is really complaining because he told them up front he won't have time to look at their car for a whole week? Would the person rather he lie, and then just keep their car for the week anyway?
Also, someone in these reviews complained because he said he wasn't sure if he would be able to fix a problem. Is that bad? Would you rather he lie and take your money, but fix nothing?”

I said thank you. I accidentally spilled it anyways, when I got outside somehow. Still recommend this store over mobil and the marathon down the street.”
