I visited the Belleville post office today. They were moderately busy, one window clerk, however his customer service, attitude and knowledge of service were impressive. I have lived in Belleville for 25 yes and never had an unpleasant experience @ this location.

Horrible service and their self service never works. Rude at the desk. I prefer to use the self service than to deal with the lines and rude people at the desk but the stupid thing is always broken. I guess the staff realize we have no choice but to deal with them so they can get away with being rude.

The incompetence of the people at the desk is absolutely flooring . I’ve lived in Belleville 15+ yrs and I hate this post office . If it wasn’t for the self serve area this place would suck. I understand it’s a public service but the service is bad .
