Ridiculous closed on a Saturday. People work 8-5 M-F. Can't even utilize a Post office. Shame.

Paid for special delivery to be delivered fri nov 22nd and to be signed by me. At my door friday as mail guy came past. Never hot out of his truck. Got a call today from company shipping package telling me i was unavailable Friday for delivery driver who i was looking at n who never attempted to get out of his truck. Told he magically put a notice on my door that isnt there cause i was at door n he never exited truck. Tracking # is on the slip never put on my door and post office # wont let me talk to a human without the tracking # i dont have.

My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I

Tried to correct the mailing address online. I had to enter the tracking number 5 times! Absolutely ridiculous!

my package has been here for a week . this place is a hour away from me and it should be here by now. I paid 20 dollars for shiping and i want that money back. They also did not give me anything to track my package pass then. I hope none of my packages never come here again

Takes the delivery driver 4-55hrs to deliver the mail in my trailer park. Will rope it off so no one can get their mail but the delivery driver will either be sitting in their truck playing on their phone or no where in sight. I shouldnt have to wait to get my mail hours AFTER my mail was delivered due to the fact that the driver can't deliver the mail in a timely manner.

Very inconsistent we have to go to my mother In Laws to send out mail because they don't come to your house unless you are receiving mail we have it to where it sends us emails when we are supposed to get mail and even though It says we are getting it we hardly ever do until a few days later its been this way the 3 years I have lived hear
