“Lonnie really helped me out after I lost a wheel off my boat trailer coming home from Higgins Lake. I originally had it towed to Spicer's, who had a week and a half wait. Lonnie appreciated it was boating season and got right to work on my trailer for me. It was a special repair because my hub actually came off, causing my wheel to roll into the swamp, never to be seen again. He got the hard to find parts, all new bearings, and was great to deal with. Thanks for saving me half of month of our extremely limited boating season!”

“Kristine and Justin were phenomenal to work with, could not recommend this dealer higher for the service experience they provided. Spent hours trying to chase down my problem got frustrated and decided I didn't want to work on it anymore. Called up and they gave me a time line and said just give us a call first thing Tuesday morning. Dropped my boat off after hours knowing they were about a week out and they kept true to their timeline. My boat has a horrible wiring job done. Justin was able to diagnose and pin point the root cause quickly and get me ready to be back on the water. Could not be more appreciative and impressed with this experience!”

“Spark plug and coil pack went out while we were traveling from Kentucky to Mackinaw Bridge. We stopped there and they had the parts in hand within an hour. They replaced the parts right there in the parking lot. We were quickly on our way. I would highly recommend. Loved seeing Bubba, the Dog too.”
