“UPDATE: Originally gave 1 star.Sue called me and apologized for the mix up and unfriendly phone call and honored their original quote. She was very understanding and apologetic. I appreciate the resolution of the problem and very quick response.Was quoted 312 by Mikalya who was very pleasant and friendly but she couldn't get my card entered into their system and I was told to call back the next day. Called back the next day and spoke to Renee who was very hostile and belittling, was quoted 355 dollars. I told her what I was quoted the day before and she told me it was wrong like that's somehow my fault? Would recommend going to one of the other LP companies if you have the choice, but I rent and don't have that option. Will be talking to my land lord next season about switching tanks once I need another fill up.”
