Was hoping this was really local. However it is a Colorado based based business operating in MI as a ‘foreign entity’. I felt mislead about information offered by rep on my porch.

They came out early. Even buried my lines. Customer service is wonderful. Every time I called or emailed in, the office staff responded quickly. I wasn’t there when they installed the internet. I was told the tech that came out was great. He was very patient with my dad. Thank you!
