“After the last snowfall, my car hit a chunk of ice, tearing a plastic shield under my car away from the frame so it was dragging on the ground. After trying to contact the dealer (no response), two independent auto repair shops (no response), I decided to stop at the Pit Stop where I have gone for oil changes for over 10 years. They immediately saw the problem when I pulled in, and I told them that I would pay them whatever they thought was appropriate to just reattach the shield so it wasn't dragging. After about 10 minutes, they emerged from the pit beneath the car and said it was all repaired. When I asked how much I owed them, they said "nothing." I insisted on tipping them for their time and trouble, but I was amazed that a repair for which any of the shops/dealers would have likely charged me over $100 and insisted on an appointment was handled by the Pit Stop crew at no charge with no waiting. I've always had great customer service there, but this went above and beyond. Thank you, Pit Stop crew!! I highly recommend your shop to others.”

Hunter at the front is always friendly and helpful. The mechanics, with what little actual interactions I have had with them, are always professional and explain issues well.
Usually quick to get you in within a few days and have only once had to leave a car longer than a day which was due to an unforeseen part being needed, but it was there first thing next day.”

“Took my vehicle in for the check engine light their was evp leak in the fuel system had purge value replaced then next day the light came back on the service team had me come right in and same code they took back in to shop at the end of the day was told the fuel line had been pinched and had a cut in it. The team was so helpful. My vehicle had been worked on at multiple places and no one could figure it out. I am so thankful to the service team you have made a life time customer!!!”

“Can’t say enough positive things about Valet Auto Care. Ordered a new topper for my truck. Unfortunately, any topper order can take up to 8 weeks to be built/delivered. During that 8 week waiting period, Valet Auto Care let me use (for free!), a tonneau cover. That is just amazing! I don’t think any other company would go that far to take care of their customers! After the install, the team took the time to explain all the options and maintenance of the new topper. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!”
