“6/12/26 visit to store the worst customer service ever! Below was my 5 star original review l will definitely speak with the managers the next time l go and they’re present 1 person on register while 0thet 3 were talking, walking around and laughing at one point the girl on register and ne ate both looking at them wondering if they were going to come assist T the register

Love love love this store and location! They go out of their way to assist when lm looking for an item not only that k want but may be having trouble locating. They keep the store very clean , structured making it easy to find what you’re looking for. I love the customer service ?”

“True boho shopping experience - described as “Hippie-esque” by Giselle, the owner🙂. Multiple vendors offering funky clothing, crystals, candles, custom pet portraits, psychic readings, classes, even private party opportunities. Very friendly staff will walk you through what is available (‘frequently refreshed inventories’). I get very favorable comments on my favorite bleached Motor City Flannel shirt!”

“Awesome staff wide selection of decorative concrete statues.. if you don't see ask and they will make. I tried to help put my statue on the trailer they told me they will do it.. even the guys putting it in the trailer were very nice.”
“Originally came across Woodward Throwbacks from seeing the work they do on Instagram for interior design, which led me to discovering they will make custom tables. Worked with Bo in the store to come up with a better idea of what I was looking for. From start to finish everyone I worked with was fantastic. The table came out beautifully and I cannot wait to host dinner parties!

“The men at Pondering Waters completely transformed our old pond and made it into a calming place to be by our gazebo. I have spent every day in the gazebo since they finished just relaxing and enjoying our space again.”

She is also very gracious when there is a piece or two we are keeping in a room, to blend it so beautifully together. It makes me smile whenever I walk into a room in our home that is filled with Ethan Allen furniture. It's just so beautiful and comfortable. Excellent quality, as well. We've also had some minor work done with service upon receipt of a chair where the packaging made a small impression on the velvet. Pat came out in a timely fashion and steamed it out. “I was slightly discouraged in checking out this location due to the reviews but don’t let the negative reviews stop you!
The team has been more than welcoming and helpful. First year floral designer, so I’m asking questions on nearly everything and everyone I have encountered is wildly patient.
Stacy & Jim have been full service attentive and the folks at the cashiers counter have made the ending of the transaction a breeze.
As a grower, the standard for freshness is set pretty high. Expect to kind of have to take a good look at things but I haven’t been surprised or highly disappointed by what I’ve found.”

“Marshall's is a great store it's just like Ross or TJ Maxx if you have a keen eye you can really get some great deals. I was thrift shopping recently and found it hilarious how much they are taxing for garbage. You can just go here and get brand new clothes at a much lower price.”
