“6/12/26 visit to store the worst customer service ever! Below was my 5 star original review l will definitely speak with the managers the next time l go and they’re present 1 person on register while 0thet 3 were talking, walking around and laughing at one point the girl on register and ne ate both looking at them wondering if they were going to come assist T the register

Love love love this store and location! They go out of their way to assist when lm looking for an item not only that k want but may be having trouble locating. They keep the store very clean , structured making it easy to find what you’re looking for. I love the customer service ?”

“I was looking for a beautiful piece for our new Mary Grotto at our Holy Family Catholic School, and Nina was able to get it! Since I was quite a distance away, Nina took the time to share pictures and ideas through emails and texts. She also made a super “color” suggestion for this piece based upon our stamped concrete color scheme as well! She and her “loading crew” were wonderful people to work with. They helped make this entire process so smooth! Decor Statuette has beautiful statues, fountains, figurines of all shapes, sizes, colors and for all occasions! I have another future project that I hope to have funded soon. I will definitely purchase from Nina again! Thank you, Nina and crew! God bless!”

The team has been more than welcoming and helpful. First year floral designer, so I’m asking questions on nearly everything and everyone I have encountered is wildly patient.
Stacy & Jim have been full service attentive and the folks at the cashiers counter have made the ending of the transaction a breeze.
As a grower, the standard for freshness is set pretty high. Expect to kind of have to take a good look at things but I haven’t been surprised or highly disappointed by what I’ve found.”
