“Shantrice is absolutely amazing! She gave my mom and I every discount available, Shantrice and my mom both are fighting stage 4 cancer. And we bonded talking about our experiences. She was very kind and knew exactly what she was talking about in terms of phones and even spent an hour transferring my Auntie's 11 year old phone data to her new phone! Shantrice gave us the best phone store experience we have ever had!

“Went to Claude for a cracked screen, and this guy was awesome. When he fixed my phone unfortunately a mistake was made when clamping down with his tool to seal the screen and it cracked a little. However he gets 5 stars because of how he handled it. Accidents happen no matter what but how one handles it is where you find out what kind of customer service you get. He was extremely apologetic and made sure the screen was replaced. When I offered to cover the cost of the second screen since this is a local business he refused. Thanks Claude, you're a real one!”
