“I went to literally four and I say 4 different metro stores looking for the moto edge deal that was going on. One store was out another only had theb2024 model and one store said they were all discontinued and tried selling me a downgraded phone for more smh. The fourth out of stock. Final came here and Allen had me in and out in 20 minutes with new phone activated and misson complete. Very good customer service and Allen knows what he is doing.”

“I am not comfortable giving recognition to T-Mobile due to the difficulties I have faced in dealing with their corporate practices. Every month for the past four months, I have had to spend several hours readjusting my phone bill after being overcharged. Despite assurances that this issue would be resolved, it persists, and I am forced to invest significant time in rectifying the situation.
However, I would like to commend one of the in-store representatives who provided valuable assistance. When I informed him about returning a phone to Assurion, which they claimed not to have received, he advised me not to pay my bill. This was crucial information as T-Mobile was threatening to disconnect my service if I did not pay the additional $500 charge for the supposedly unreturned phone. Thanks to this representative's intervention, I was able to avoid paying for a service I had not received.
I appreciate his assistance and believe he deserves recognition for his customer-centric approach. If I discover his name, I will gladly share it as a testament to his exceptional service.
TMOBILE GETS 0☆'s for their strong arm tactics and overcharging customers continuously mostly without their knowledge. This company runs on scams, and soon I'll no longer be a customer, something I recommend to everyone with service through these corporate criminals.”
