“I visited this store on Friday 5/15/26. I wanted to upgrade my broken phone. Suzan was the person that helped me and she informed me that she was the manager. I was confident that she could help me in some way. I told her that I had a budget and only a certain amount of money to spend. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to upgrade my phone and she put me on a better phone plan, gave me trackers for my phone, and give me a discount. I was able to upgrade my iPhone 13 to a iPhone 16. I’m so happy I came to that location. SUZAN is awesome and she is running this store well. It was another employee there name Dylan and he was very nice and I could hear how helpful and informative he was while helping other customers. Thank you y’all so much for a wonderful experience.
