They get a lot of Collins while in between helping customers, but this is a great sign considering the disc replay closest to my house has closed down. I appreciate the staff for always helping and even cleaning products if they aren’t up to your standards ? they will clean your stuff again for you if you need and show you anything that you wanna look at! “I work in an office as a Manager and I would give Sean who wrote up my other some Coaching in customer service. He rushed thru my purchase of remote start w/o explaining all the extras that added up to more than what's posted on their display. I didnt see all the necessary extras til i reviewed the receipt. He acted like he had a problem that I didn't want the extended warranty. Aside from his whole non cordial demeanor, he was not the type of person for that customer contact position. Another customer & I both had the same observation. I'm addressing this for both of us who were at Roseville on 2/14 customer #1 & 2. We noticed customer #3 were with a different person not Sean. That person was genuinely considerate informative & detailed the itemized cost of the work totally almost $500 yet that customer was very pleased. The team of installers and others working that day all get Excellent reviews. I love my remote start. They were all perfect representations of what I remember about Mickey Shorrs from years ago. Now somebody go have a talk w/Sean. He can do better. Thank you”

That r so amazing.. so nice and lively for the time of night.. they are nice to the homeless crowd and don't treat them like trash like other businesses so . They are ppl too and not all of them are on drugs. But yeah they should definitely be rewarded for their service and politeness... I will be recommending this place to my friend and family”

“I went in today to pay my bill and the young man named Jackson was AMAZING! My bill was almost $180 a month and he decided to check my account. Everything seemed correct, and as I was pulling out he flagged me down to tell me he figured out how to get my bill down to only 150 a month. 10 minutes after leaving he called my cell phone and told me my new bill would only be 112 a month from now on! “I love this location. They have egg rolls, and they have prime energy drinks. The selection of food is pretty good, they have most roller items and have the general 7/11 menu for the case and the back cooler. They also have a floor cooler filled with ice cream.This is a great location, thanks for still carrying the egg rolls :3”

“Have had multiple installs with them from speakers, sub woofer, dash screen, car starters, GMRS wiring. Most recent was to get a new GMRS antenna installed on my Jeep before a big trip out west. Always been professional and efficient. Even willing to take a look at and help me wire up GMRS items. Come here for any sound system work or car starters you need done.”
