“I consider this one of the smaller UPS Store locations I’ve visited, and it’s honestly one of my favorites. The team members are always extremely polite and professional. No matter how busy the store gets, I’ve never seen them lose their composure. They remain calm, courteous, and take care of each customer one by one without making anyone feel rushed.
It’s refreshing to see people truly enjoy their visit, handle their business, and leave without frustration. This store is a perfect example of excellent customer service.
I come into this location anywhere from three to five times a week. As a mobile loan signing agent, I frequently ship documents to title companies and lenders and often require different services. “Coming to this place watch your turn. Look for a yellow guard shack. You will see a sign with 20300 arrow pointing to the left. Use that entrance. The entrance on the the right is a trailer parking lot. Go strait back to a large parking lot. Walk along the building to the conjunction that say ENTRANCE. If you are here before 0900. Good luck in finding anybody. You will have to back up down that alley you walked to the double sliding doors. Go into the black hole.”
