He’s very nice and communicative to make sure my business is able to get what we need. Sometimes they are short staffed or have newer employees that may not be as knowledgeable but all business’ are struggling to find reliable employees so give they grace and patience. “I just met this guy named Chris. He is an employee of O’Reillys. I just got it aftermarket grill and it had some lights on it. And I had no idea how I was going to put it together as far as the electrical part.. and Chris came outside with me and looked at what I had and showed me exactly what to do and when I was outside taking the light apart, he took it upon himself to get the electrical stuff that I needed ready for me when I got inside, I bought the stuff and then he came outside with me and showed me how to hook it up..

“I always get good serice here and usually I come in with questions that they have always been helpful with. Been using O'Reilly even back when they were Murry's.
I will continue coming back. Last visit they tested my battery and alternator on a 16 year old Escape we just got for my daughter. He told me it was ok, but also mentioned that it looked to be misfiring and that could be causing my problems. Was recommended a fuel additive being it had old gas and it is running a little better after adding that and topping off with premium as recommended.”
