“Doug is an interesting character: an expert in what he does, he’s very punctual and has a very fair price. He seems arrogant at first glance and his “ways” of saying things may make people uncomfortable. So if you’re soft skin, you might not enjoy the mood. But underneath that, I see a fair and and knowledgeable guy. He did an amazing job with a few dents in my car - on time and ready for his next appointment .
