This CVS has poor customer service. I'll agree that the pharmacy staff are good but the store and general clientele are questionable. I purchased 3 gift cards this month - all activated. Two were good but one was defective with the code scratched off and sticker off - they would NOT replace it and the customer service is non-existent. When I went to the store, I was brushed off to call customer service and that's it - no help or assistance was offered. This store's management is the WORST - USELESS! They didn't care that I was sold a defective card with the codes/sticker off. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. If you do, do NOT buy any gift cards - they've been used or are defective. Go to Walgreens across the road. I've always thought this CVS was a 1/5 for a review but wouldn't post it but now realizing there is absolutely NO customer support for selling a customer a defective gift card. Forget it - just go to Walgreens across the street.

I've been waiting for a prescription to be filled for over 3 hours...
I was first told an hour...
another hour and 40 minutes later, I'm told at least 20 more minutes...
Absolutely never coming here again after this. I'm literally switching pharmacies.

What a joke. Every single time I have to refill my medication, I am never alerted when it is ready. Nor can I talk to someone other than a bit who also has not been updated to my prescription status . I can't even figure out how to leave a message for a return call. Your bot has exhausted me, I'm done giving it information because it seems fruitless. At least allow an upfront option to leave a message for assistants.
Or... Or... Update your information when the script is filled so I don't have to go through this garbage to do YOUR job. Everytime.

Who freaking knows when this place is open! It has a 24 hour sign, but with shortened hours posted. And even when you show up between the hours the sign says it should be open, they're closed! This place is USELESS and should be shut down

One of your employees his name is Mark is a reason I won’t be back! Your employee mark starred me down and gave me a dirty look entering your store, so guess what I left and did not buy anything and I won’t until you teach your employee Mark about customer service/manners! Why do I have to feel uncomfortable coming into your store? Please resolve this issue as I live right next door. Thank you!

My favorite CVS! They are well stocked. Genuinely friendly, helpful and very patient with me because I'm a Senior lady. I have 2 other CVS stores within 2 miles of me. I go out of my way for this CVS!

This is my local cvs so I’m in here multiple times a week unfortunately. Waited at the counter to check out for almost twenty minutes before having to go search for an employee. I found her hiding in an aisle texting. Asked for help and she had a MAJOR attitude. She told me to use self checkout when I was purchasing multiple cases of water so that wasn’t an option. She was extremely rude throughout the entire transaction so much so that I asked for her name before leaving. Jaden needs to find a new job that doesn’t deal with customer service cause she sucks at it.

Horrible workers at the pharmacy, had to wait 30 mins for my prescription that they told me I don’t need to be charged for since my insurance covers but after going to pick it up they told me they were going to charge me for one of them. I don’t think they know what they’re doing and they like to waste peoples time. They were going to charge me even though my insurance was suppose to cover it 100%
