“We rented a 100 ft snake. The rental section is always on point. The team members we have scheduled rentals with are informative, polite, knowledgeable of the parts we are using at that time. “Meh, experience there on multiple occasions. Manager wouldn't hold a couple of items for me so that I could go get my truck. Had to go to home Depot and rent a truck because of it. They didn't even know they had the blowers I wanted and all.of the sudden they couldn't hold them for 2 hours. Have arrived at opening time on a couple of occasions and they certainly are in no rush to open the doors. Usually about 5 minutes after 6 it takes them.”
