“I love this store. It’s always clean and organized. Very big, so items can be spread out neatly without any area of the store feeling cramped. Nice big isles so even when the store is busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. Great prices and I find myself even skipping stores like Walgreens for things like cold medicine or body wash etc. and saving significantly. Not the type of things I ever thought I would be choosing to buy at a hardware store, but as a a hypothetical example; say Walgreens has cold medicine for $5.99 but get 2 for $10. Forcing you to either buy one overpriced or more than you need to get some value. Meanwhile the same stuff (maybe different brand but same ingredients) at Menards is $2.99 for one (what I need). So I’ve gotten to the point that if Menards carries it, that is where I buy it. I find that Menards is cheaper on just about everything I ever need, and that is even before the 11% rebate. For instance today I needed high temp spray paint for a car project. Advanced Auto $17, Menards $9. And Menards carries so much! For any project, automotive, electrical, plumbing, organizing, lawn, on and on… I typically find everything I need here and get them at the best prices in a clean and organized store with friendly staff… then also get 11% back in store credit rebates. At first it kind of bothered me that their app doesn’t have reviews on the products, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that if they carry it, I will likely be happy with it and so far nothing has let me down. I just moved to this area and the store is one of my favorite things about being in this area as I am renovating the house I just bought here. It is a running joke with my girlfriend and I when I tell her almost daily that I need to go save big money at Menards again.”

“One of my favorite places for my DIY's .I like that they have a pay and pick up in yard very convenient.The customer service is always great.Tge only thing is I wish they would tell more customer's about the benefits of shopping here.I found out through a customer I could pay for my items and drive through the yard to pick up my gardening and lumber supplies.For weeks I had been pulling pavers through the store and no staff said anything smh.But I know now. So no more hauling through the store for me.”

Recently updated my yard with several different flowers for next spring and this was the only place I could find Red Rubber Mulch for a great price, it's very vibrant in color, matches my newly painted shutters and hopefully it last as long as it says vs the annual wood version. Skirting and fencing project is next on the list! ??”

My go to home depot. Smallish, but has a rental yard. The tile Selection is poor and the trim for wood is small Selection as well. But the store overall is great”

“The customer service at this Home Depot is fantastic and noticeably better than other locations I've visited. However, the one major issue is their inventory accuracy. When I'm working on a maintenance project, I rely on the app to check stock. It will frequently show that they have 10 or 20 pieces left, so I'll drive out of my way from another location specifically for those supplies, only to arrive and find the shelf completely empty.
To avoid the wasted trip, I’ve tried calling ahead multiple times to verify if an item is actually there, but unfortunately, I can never get anyone on the phone to assist. The in-store staff is great, but they desperately need to fix their online inventory tracking and phone support.”
