“I took my Versace watch into Marrella because it stopped working and I figured I needed a new battery. After taking a closer look, and due to the intricacies of the watch, the owner offered to hold it overnight and take it apart so it could be cleaned and the new battery put in correctly with some better made parts. This was done quickly and he called me first thing the next day so I could pick up. All this was done at an extremely fair price. They seem really honest and great at what they do. Thank you!”
