“Such a cute little store for all your souvenir needs!! Stopped in here with my husband and was able to find a tee for our daughter, a mug for him and one for myself. Along with bunches of magnets, pens, and pins for coworkers and friends. Fairly priced and the lady working the counter was extremely nice and fast. Also this little store is surrounded by a few other little ones that were cool to pop in as well! For sure recommend if you are needing to grab some souvenirs!”
“My wife loves this place. I was a little leery of going alone to attempt to buy a gift for her but Erin was SO helpful and SO nice. I brought pictures of my wife's jewelry and Erin was happy to take a look and help with my selection. I ended up buying a necklace and earrings that matched a ring my wife had previously purchased from El Dorado. Erin's keen eye caught that ring in my pictures and made my gift giving so much easier.

“Really wish I could share the piece I sold them— (10k gold (30 1/2 grams) with about 1.5 karat diamond) I went to 4 appraisers— NONE Beat Or Even MATCHED Z’s…his clerk (?) — Brandon(?) told me the truth about the piece and I learned about the effects of man made diamonds on the value of Real ones (far less now). Had to go back—humbly—and accept the $1800 gratefully. I almost insisted I be allowed to speak to Mr. Z himself to thank him— he came to the front… Nothing less than Gentlemen & Ladies there. I hope I got Brandon’s name right— he felt my piece was worth more than the initial offer and took it back to Mr.Z himself for the final better offer!! Kudos!!!”

“I was going to a couple places, that I won't name, further west on 8 mile and they were even voted best (one the other shops) for prices on gold and MIKE was making them look like Criminals. I felt the other guys were robbing me after hearing Mike's offer. I still returned to my other shops to have them check and clean pieces for me and to see what they would offer me, before I went to Mike for almost a year. I couldn't believe these guys were keeping so much money from me. Every Single time I went to Mike after the other shops it was always 20-50% higher than the other guys. Mike is barely under scrap. Best in DETROIT!!! PERIOD”
